MR. CANTOR IS THE FOUNDER OF 120COMPRESIONS.

Mr. Cantor is the Founder of 120Compressions. He is an active Paramedic, and instructor and has been working in the field for 15+ years. He holds his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Master's Degree in Emergency Services Management. He is a proud member of the NAEMT, and is recognized by two national honor societies for academia and career performance. He has also been inducted into the Marquis Who's Who.  He is an expert in prehospital medicine, has experience in operations and disaster medicine, and has a passion to teach and share his knowledge and experiences. He is also a medical device inventor which he holds patents for and even a Master Diver. His goal is to build a worldwide network of healthcare educators to make learning easier, more efficient, and accessible for learners. He is eager to help you and would enjoy helping anyone looking for extra help or AHA certifications, ECG help, or other paramedicine and advanced studies.

Brent Arnold, MD

Dr. Arnold is a board-certified traveling Emergency Physician with over 12 years experience in the medical field. Throughout his career, Dr. Arnold has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in patient care and medical education. He has served as a mentor and teacher to many aspiring medical professionals and has been recognized for his contributions to the field of medicine. In addition to his work, Dr. Arnold frequently travels in his personal life to remote locations and has a passion for travel, tactical and wilderness medicine. Dr. Arnold's experiences have given him a unique perspective on medical emergencies and the importance of preparedness in high-stress situations, especially in remote and wilderness environments. As the new Medical Director, he is dedicated to ensuring that all healthcare professionals have access to the latest medical knowledge, techniques, and is committed to providing education that is both engaging, effective, and relevant.

William Tollefsen, MD
ASSISTANT MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Tollefsen is dual-boarded in Emergency Medicine and EMS Medicine and is the Vice Chair of Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care for a Boston Massachusetts area trauma center where he works clinically as an Emergency Physician, in addition to his roles as a Massachusetts regional Medical Director serving 61 cities and towns of the Boston Metro Area and the service EMS Medical Director for eight municipal, three private and one health system based ambulance service with an MIH service line. Dr. Tollefsen interacts and provides direct oversight for over 400 Paramedics.Dr. Tollefsen graduated from New York Medical College and completed residency training in Emergency Medicine at Harvard University, Brigham and Women's, and Massachusetts General Hospital. He completed a fellowship in Emergency Medical Services and Critical Care Transport at the University of Massachusetts, where he worked as an Emergency Physician and Flight Physician for UMASS LifeFlight...

Claudia DeBusk, NP
PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Ms. Nichols is a Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner currently working in Intensive Care. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and in Criminal Justice as well as a Master of Science in Nursing. Her previous experience includes working as a RN in Trauma, both ER and ICU. Prior to becoming an NP, she worked as a traveling RN for over 5 years which provided her the opportunity to work in a multitude of locations and hospital settings from large teaching hospitals to small critical access facilities. She has a passion for teaching and has been a preceptor throughout the years for

nurses, EMTs, and paramedic students.

Verónica Aquilino, MD
ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Dr. Aquilino, graduated in General Medicine by the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy Gr. T. Popa, Iasi, in 2017, and is enrolled in the Portuguese Doctors Order, South Regional Section. She is the Secretary General of the European Council of Disaster Medicine (ECDM). Dr. Aquilino currently works as a general practitioner in the Center of Vaccination against COVID-19, in the emergency unit, under ARS Algarve, with a previous experience in general medicine consultations in several healthcare centers and emergency departments. She has a passion for disaster medicine. She is the Founder/CEO of the Curso Intensivo de Actuação em Emergência e Catástrofe (CIAEC) or Emergency and Disaster Intensive Course in Portugal, a project comprising several topics in trauma techniques and disaster medicine. Clinical Performance Director

Mr. Dowling is currently an active paramedic. Not only that but he also works as an educator in the United Kingdom delivering resuscitation training to healthcare staff for the NHS Trust. He has a background of 12 years in the Ambulance Sector, working on the frontline, event medicine, rapid response, emergency medical dispatch and training. He has achieved his bachelor’s degree in Paramedic Science and old various other certifications. He also volunteers in his spare time to help progress current research articles by peer reviewing upcoming manuscripts for international journals and he has published papers on Covid-19, Vaccines and

Pediatric Anaesthesiologist

Ghazi Gasmalla Mohamed Ibrahim is a dedicated anaesthetist with extensive experience in anaesthesia and intensive care. He holds a Master of Science in Aesthesia and intensive care from the University of Gezira, Sudan, and is currently pursuing Master of Health professions education (MHPE) in Gulf Medical University. Dr. Ghazi has worked as an Anaesthesiologist in several hospitals in Sudan, including Heglig Hospital and Wad Madani Emergency Hospital and Médecins Sans Frontières , gaining invaluable expertise in intensive care settings.

Raven Hutto, MS

Paramedic Instructor

Ms. Hutto is a college EMS instructor, as well as a paramedic for nearly 20 years. She functioned as a paramedic field training officer in a fast-paced EMS system for over a decade and holds a degree in Emergency Medical Science. She is currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Medical Care from Western Carolina University. She has a passion for EMS, adult education, and mental health awareness. Ms. Hutto is trained in mental health aid, as well as crisis intervention. She has both built the curriculum for and taught paramedic programs. After suffering a brain stem stroke in January 2017, she sought to become an expert in EMS neurological care, as well as hematologic conditions. She is active in up-to-date brain injury treatment and an advocate for stroke recognition and prevention. Ms. Hutto is also the Assistant Director of a nonprofit that supplies and rebuilds hospitals and EMS systems worldwide.

Mrs. Kajal Varshney graduated with a Master’s degree in Trauma Care Management from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She honed her skills as an Advanced Paramedic in the Emergency Department of Jamia Hamdard, a prestigious institution in India. Driven by a passion for education, Mrs. Varshney served as a Senior Faculty at Apollo Medskills Ltd., Delhi, where she imparted knowledge in EMT and Paramedicine. Notably, she was invited as an EXPERT to the Working Group of experts on Trauma and Burn Care by the Interim Commission for Allied & Healthcare Professions, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
Mrs. Varshney's vision is to inspire and empower the younger generation to become lifesavers through comprehensive EMS education. Her dedication to advancing trauma and emergency care is a testament to her commitment to improving healthcare outcomes in India and beyond.

Christopher Snyder, MD

Pediatric Cardiologist

Dr. Christopher Snyder received his medical degree from Wayne State University in 1993. He continued training at Baylor College of Medicine where he completed his pediatrics residency. After residency he completed fellowships in pediatric cardiology and pediatric electrophysiology. After completing his training, he held faculty positions at Yale and Tulane. He joined VCU in 2022 after serving as the Chief of Pediatric Cardiology and the Head of Electrophysiology at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, Case Western University School of Medicine.

Dr. Snyder has served multiple roles in his professional career. The most important of these was his service on the Executive Committee, as the Chair and Past Chair of the Section on Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery for the American Academy of Pediatrics. During his time as the Chair the Section, it produced numerous clinical pathways, new orders of practice, increased involvement of Fellows and Residents in the Section and the development of numerous awards to be handed out at the AAP National Conference. He also broadened the role of the Chair, giving talks and leading meeting outside of the United States in countries like Panama, Argentina, Spain and El Salvador to name a few. In addition, he currently serves on the editorial boards for Clinical Cariology Updates and Case Reports in Cardiology. He has previously served on two other boards and for many journals as a reviewer

His contributions to science include 92 peer reviewed publications and 11 book chapters. In addition, he has had 62 international presentations, 93 national presentations and numerous local presentations. He has served as a Co-I on 4 NIH grants.

He has made significant contributions to teaching in his area of expertise as an educational leader in the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) in critical areas such as pacing, electrophysiology, cardiac surgery management, and congenital heart disease.

He is the Division Chief for Pediatric Cardiology for our pediatric department. Through his
leadership he has successfully revived the Virginia Congenital Cardiac Collaborative, applying his skills and past experience.

Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Michael Youssef is a highly skilled Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Pelvic Trauma and Arthroplasty. His educational achievements include a Masters in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology from Cairo University, Egypt. Dr. Youssef is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in the UK and the Swiss Orthopedic Academy. Additionally, he is an Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Instructor with the American College of Surgeons.

Pediatric Cardiologist

Dr. Cater received her medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine (2008) and then completed my clinical training in pediatrics (2011) and pediatric cardiology (2014) at the same institution. She joined the faculty at VCU/Children’s Hospital of Richmond in 2014 and is board certified in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Cater’s clinical practice includes service as a pediatric cardiology attending on the inpatient wards and intensive care units, and performance and interpretation of fetal, transthoracic, and transesophageal echocardiography. She is the Associate Program Director for Clinical and Professional Competency and Evaluation for the categorical pediatric residency program, and the Program Director for the pediatric cardiology fellowship program.

Mr. Paris has served in emergency services since the age of 14, beginning as a Junior Firefighter at Marietta Pioneer Fire Company No. 1 in Marietta, PA. Two months after joining Marietta, Mackenzie was trained and credentialed as an Emergency Medical Responder, then at the age of 16, Mackenzie was trained and credentialed as an Emergency Medical Technician.

Mackenzie was a member of Columbia Quick Response Service and played a huge role in their advancement from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's first and only standalone QRS, to a full-fledged BLS Ambulance Organization. Mackenzie also held numerous positions throughout South Central and Western PA, to include Allegheny County, directly above Pittsburgh.

During this time, Mackenzie continuously focused on education and Quality Assurance for any department he was employed with and continues an incredible desire to educate today. Mackenzie is also enrolled at Liberty University for a B.S. in Pre-Law | Law and Policy.

Critical Care Paramedic

Mr. Blackburn is an active national paramedic and global advanced practice paramedic. He currently is an EMS Clinical Coordinator in higher education with over 14 years, experience in education. He has background over 24 years in emergency medical services. His background spans over hospital and pre-hospital medicine, as well as simulation. He has achieved his associates, as well as two honorary doctorates in Christian Worship/Music and a variety of other certifications. He volunteers his spare time serving on the board of directors for a local hospital, working during elections and serving on local community and EMS boards. He as been published in the community paramedic textbook and served on serval MIH committees.

Ms. Thomas is an active registered nurse currently working in medical coding and utilization review. Her previous experience includes working as an RN in anesthesia, triage, ICU, substance-abuse, artificial-intelligence, and research. She is currently obtaining her Doctor of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree from Baylor University. She has a passion for helping patient’s struggling with mental health conditions, and she volunteers in her free time to provide care to patients without health insurance.
