Objectives: Explore the physiological mechanisms underlying hemorrhagic shock, including blood volume loss, tissue hypoperfusion, and the body's compensatory responses. Understand the Principles of Resuscitation in Severe Hemorrhagic Shock Learn the strategies for rapid assessment and stabilization, including fluid resuscitation, blood product administration, and monitoring critical parameters. Gain knowledge of techniques to control bleeding and restore coagulation, such as the use of tranexamic acid (TXA), balanced transfusion protocols, and targeted interventions for coagulopathy.
