Objectives Understand how stress related to work, finances, home life, and interpersonal relationships affects mental health. Reflect on the personal and collective habit of internalizing stress and its potential consequences. Realize that coworkers may also experience significant, hidden stress and mental health struggles. Learn to identify warning signs that someone may be at risk of suicide or experiencing a severe mental health issue. Discuss strategies for creating a supportive workplace environment and intervening to prevent potential crises.
